Tuesday, August 24, 2010 About me My name is Haidee Rodriguez. I am a senior at ASU in the early elementary education program. I am also bi-lingual and hope to work in one of the predominantly Spanish-speaking schools here in Angelo.I hope to work mainly with students who experience difficulty in math due to dyscalculia (mathematical dyslexia), as I have suffered from this condition all my academic life. I am a life-long and die-hard Texan. I was born in Harlingen, raised in Lubbock, became jaded in Austin and learned to love life in San Angelo.I have two children, Ivanna,a nursing student here at ASU, and Sam, a junior at Lakeview High School.
Going to college and earning my degree has always been my fondest dream and I am close to achieving it. My other dream has always been to live by the ocean and hopefully by attaining one dream I will be able to attain the other.
